No. Conversations between your team and your customers are unlimited on every plan — any number of customers, any number of messages. We don't meter or bill them.

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of conversations the AI can participate in. A conversation counts once per calendar month when the AI sends its first reply in it — no matter how many replies it sends after that. Conversations your team handles without the AI don't count at all.

The AI pauses and hands conversations to your team with a note — nothing customer-facing is ever blocked, and your team keeps replying as normal. You can buy a top-up bundle (1 credit = 1 AI-handled conversation, valid 90 days) or upgrade for a bigger monthly allowance. There's no overage billing — you never get a surprise bill.

Add them for $10/month each — no need to jump a whole plan tier for one extra teammate. If you're adding several, the next tier is usually better value (more seats and more AI volume together).

For customer-initiated conversations (the bulk of normal in-chat sales — free at the Meta layer), no. We absorb that cost inside your plan price. For outbound template-initiated messages (marketing/utility templates Meta charges per-send for), each plan includes a flat fair-use allowance — 50/month on Starter, 200 on Pro, 750 on Scale; anything above that passes through Meta's published rate at zero markup. In-chat selling rarely comes near these numbers — see "Not built for" above.

Pick a plan and add a card to start — $0 today, and you're only charged when the 21 days are up. Cancel anytime before then and you pay nothing. The trial is the full feature set: unlimited customer conversations, branded quotes, payments, and the whole quote-to-cash workflow. AI Support is included too, with 100 AI-handled conversations to try it on real customers (top up anytime if you want more). When the trial ends your plan starts automatically and your full monthly AI allowance kicks in.

These are launch prices. They'll go up for new signups within 12 months. Everyone who subscribes during this window stays at these prices for as long as they're a customer — we won't raise your bill out from under you. The price you see today is the price you keep.

Anytime, both directions. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated); downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your data, customers, and conversation history move with you — nothing gets reset.
